Artwork Return Procedure

Please open your purchased artwork promptly upon receipt and SAVE the original packaging materials.

You will have 10 days from the date of receipt to decide whether to keep the artwork or return it in its original condition for a refund. You pay return shipping fees.

If you decide to return the artwork, please contact us during the 10-day period.

In order to be eligible for a refund of the purchase price, we require that you notify us within 10 days of receipt of the artwork.

We will contact you, advise you of next steps, and initiate the return process.

Please DO NOT ship the artwork without calling or emailing us to initiate the return process.

 

DAMAGED ARTWORK

If the artwork arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the artwork immediately and email these photos to hello@artezona.com

STEPS FOR RETURNING ARTWORK

  1. Within ten (10) days of receipt of your artwork, please call +1-866-991-5411 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (MST-Arizona) Monday through Saturday or email hello@artezona.com to notify us of your decision to return the artwork.
  1. If the artwork is damaged, take photos of the packaging and the artwork. (skip this step if returning undamaged artwork)
  1. An ARTEZONA Gallery representative will contact you with the information necessary to initiate the return.
  1. Re-package the artwork using the original packaging materials if possible. If you disposed of the original packaging, please use clean industry-standard packaging materials and carefully pack the artwork to ensure it is returned safely.
  1. We ask that you select a reputable shipping company such as FEDEX, DHL or UPS and pre-pay the shipping costs.
  2. Once the artwork is received and inspected, ARTEZONA Gallery will complete your return. The amount owed will be reimbursed to your original source of payment within 7 business days.
