Our Curator

Known for being intuitive, hard-working, courageous, and mission-driven, Liz is a creative leader with over 25 years of experience as an art curator, gallery owner, and advocate for artists and the arts. She has served on the Board of Directors of numerous community organizations, and takes pride in her role as advisor and innovator for arts & culture ventures.

As a creative entrepreneur, Liz embraces imagination, change, diversity, and artistic expression with the same verve and commitment that she brings to strategic partnerships, community engagement, and economic growth.

Born in Queens, New York, and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Liz currently lives in Tucson, Arizona where she has served on several boards including The Foundation for Creative Broadcasting, Girls Scouts of America, Tucson Pima Arts Council, and Arizona Theatre Company.

In Phoenix, she served as a Board member of the Scottsdale Gallery Association, Industry Partner of ASID, member of the Phoenix Art Museum’s Contemporary Forum, and President of the Latin American Art Alliance.

Liz is a lifelong cultural explorer who has traveled and learned about the art, architecture, and culture around the U.S., Europe, the Caribbean, and the Americas.
